This is Queen Majesty's hottest recipe, they use more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in our Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. Their RHBC sauce also differs from the other 2 sauces because it does not have any citrus juice, but it does have 3 types of vinegar: their own dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar, Bragg's apple cider vinegar and for extra depth of flavor they add in some pure balsamic vinegar. There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like chilis, stews and pizza. You can also try mixing it with ketchup for fries and burgers, or add as-is to the perfect falafel sandwich.
